On behalf of our public sector client, Affinity is looking for an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead who will be responsible for planning, designing, and delivering high-quality change management approaches and strategies. The role involves public relationship strategies and developing/delivering communications that meet applicable standards for different stakeholders.


Responsibilities:

• Lead change management initiatives using PROSCI (ADKAR) or similar methodologies.

• Develop change management plans, including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, training, and communication strategies.

• Guide organizations through major transitions, ensuring successful adoption of new technologies.

• Participate in process mapping workshops, provide input on Target Operating Models, and assess business process impacts.

• Collaborate with project teams, executives, and technical stakeholders to define, implement, and sustain change strategies.

• Create communication materials, including training guides, executive briefings, and user adoption resources.

• Work closely with SAP project teams to support change activities related to SAP implementation.

• Monitor and measure change readiness, adjusting strategies as needed to improve adoption.

• Ensure alignment between project goals and end-user adoption, providing guidance on best practices.


Qualifications:

• PROSCI Change Management Certification (or ACMP equivalent).

• Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, English Literature, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or Business.

• 5+ years experience in a change management leadership role (internal/external communications, PR, or journalism).

• Experience leading change for SAP or similar enterprise software implementations.

• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, best practices, and stakeholder engagement.

• Excellent writing, editing, and proofing skills for corporate communications, training materials, and executive messaging.

• Project experience orchestrating medium to large-scale change management efforts.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (preferred).


Other Requirements:

• Must pass a criminal record check before starting the role.

• Resource must provide their own mobile phone for work-related activities.

• Onsite presence is required at 215 Garry Street, Winnipeg, MB, unless otherwise permitted by Manitoba.

• The role may involve extended hours to meet deadlines (overtime must be pre-approved).
