Project Manager - Application Modernization

On behalf of our public sector client, Affinity is seeking Project Managers for Infrastructure to work on a multi-year project to modernize the wide-area network by upgrading the existing fiber-based infrastructure and replacing aging optical transport and management systems to ensure long-term reliability, capacity, and security. OverviewOur Client is undertaking a Case Management Capability Modernization initiative to enhance the technology and processes that support the City’s 3-1-1 Contact Center, which handles non-emergency service requests from residents. The program will replace the City’s existing Verint EM Pro case management platform with ServiceNow, enabling more efficient intake, tracking, routing, and resolution of citizen service requests across departments. Data Quality Analyst / Documentation Specialist

On behalf of our public sector client, Affinity is seeking a qualified Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales and Service CRM Business Analyst resource(s) to fill the role(s) within the eCRM Program, ensuring the needs of the Government are met. These resources will follow the Agile-Iterative delivery approach for delivering quality software while meeting the Government’s requirements. The scope of services to be provided by the successful Proponent(s), through qualified Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales and Service CRM Business Analyst resource(s), encompasses a portion of the overall infrastructure of the eCRM Program.  Responsibilities:• Working jointly with the Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales and Service CRM Program team to ensure CRM concepts are leveraged with configuration where possible resulting in the delivery of quality software meeting the client requirements; • Conducting, leading, and supporting interviews and analysis with multiple stakeholders to gather user requirements, following Government’s Agile-Iterative methodology via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow analysis, use cases, scenarios, and other methods; • Working with internal Government’s BAs, QAs, and Developers to ensure requirements are making it into the Build/Release; • Leveraging Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales and Service CRM knowledge and experience to identify opportunities for process improvements and re-engineering aligned to the Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales and Service CRM; reducing customization and provide analysis, propose change strategies, and communicate proposed strategies appropriately; • Providing in depth knowledge for use and best fit modules of CRM capabilities to address the requirements with minimal customization and maximum reusability; • Translating business requirements into CRM Functional specifications and User Stories in MS Azure DevOps to support the delivery of an eCRM in a composable architecture environment; • Maintaining all documentation as changes are introduced; • Creating Iteration release notes; • Creating user manuals, delivering training sessions, and providing support to ensure high end user adoption; • Providing coaching, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to ITSS team members for eCRM; • Providing requirements for data migration from various source systems to the Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales an Service eCRM; • Developing and conducting reviews to ensure that requirement specifications are correctly interpreted; • Communicating changes, enhancements, and modifications - verbally or through written documentation to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood; • Supporting Quality Assurance and Integration Testing;• Supporting User Acceptance Testing and participate in post-production functional support; • Supporting Data Migration activities; and • Performing other duties as assigned by Government. Qualifications:• A minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst working within a complex environment; • A minimum of two (2) years of experience working with Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRM, such as Oracles Sales and Service, MS D365, Salesforce, HubSpot etc.) Oracle Sales and Service Fusion Cloud is preferred; • Experience gathering CRM requirements, at a minimum: contact, account, case, service request and work order; • A strong business background or a solid understanding of information technology with a relevant degree in business or IT; • A demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic environment, establish priorities, and meet tight deadlines; • Experience working in an Agile-Iterative environment following an Agile-Iterative Methodology; • Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts in a team environment; and• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.  Experience in the following will be considered an asset: • Experience working with government organizations; • Business Analyst Certification; • Oracle Sales and Service Fusion Cloud CRM Certification; • Oracle Sales and Service Fusion Cloud CRM; and• Experience working with DevOps. Business Analyst - Oracle Fusion

On behalf of our healthcare client, Affinity Healthcare Solutions is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the procurement and implementation of a centralized physician information system. The role involves overseeing end-to-end delivery of a platform to streamline recruitment, credentialing, privileging, and contract management, enhancing reporting and workforce planning across healthcare settings. Must have strong stakeholder engagement, healthcare IT experience, and proven ability to manage complex, multi-phase projects. Responsibilities: • Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for the implementation of a centralized physician information management system, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, risk logs, and resource allocations aligned with strategic workforce and organizational priorities• Collaborate with clinical, administrative, HR, and IT stakeholders to ensure requirements are met across areas such as recruitment, training, credentialing, privileging, and contract management• Manage procurement activities, including vendor evaluation, selection, and contract negotiation, to secure a solution that meets functionality, scalability, and compliance needs• Oversee system design, configuration, data migration, integration, testing, and implementation across all relevant user groups and organizational areas• Identify and manage risks, issues, and interdependencies, ensuring timely escalation and resolution to maintain project momentum• Lead change management, stakeholder engagement, communication, and training strategies to support adoption and successful system transition• Monitor and report on project progress, budget, risks, and deliverables to executive sponsors and governance committees• Coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams, such as credentialing workflows, contract data alignment, reporting configuration, and technical readiness• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements relevant to healthcare provider and practitioner information management Qualifications:• 8+ years of progressive project or program management experience, preferably leading healthcare IT implementations involving physician or practitioner management systems• Experience managing projects related to recruitment, credentialing, privileging, training, or contract management within healthcare or regulated environments• Proven ability to deliver complex, enterprise-scale IT projects involving multiple stakeholder groups including clinical, administrative, HR, and executive teams• Strong understanding of healthcare workforce management processes, clinical credentialing workflows, and compliance requirements• Demonstrated experience managing system procurement, vendor selection, contract negotiations, and implementation lifecycle including data migration and integration• Skilled at leading change management, training, and user adoption initiatives across diverse user communities• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels including senior leadership• PMP certification or equivalent project management credential preferred This role requires individuals who have had industry experience in BA lead roles.
