Apply for Project Manager

Our client is seeking a skilled Project Manager to support a large-scale business transformation. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience managing cross-stream initiatives, working with both business and vendor teams, and maintaining rigorous project documentation and follow-through. This is a strategic and operational role requiring strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities:

• Attend POD meetings and follow up with business users, vendors, and leads on status and risks

• Manage and track interdependencies, issues, and risks across workstreams

• Keep program timelines, RAID logs, and key trackers accurate and updated

• Monitor and report on workstream health and flag impacts to the integrated plan

• Provide weekly updates and support effective meetings with clear, actionable reporting

Success Measures:

• Accurate and timely project documentation (RAID, trackers, timelines)

• Smooth coordination across cross-functional teams and vendors

• High visibility and accountability in the transformation workstreams

• Trusted delivery partner to stakeholders

Requirements

Must Have:

• Proven project management experience in investment management or a similar financial environment

• Strong project management expertise in Agile and hybrid settings

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills

• Strong attention to detail, independent work ethic, and task management ability

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with Data Platforms, Aladdin, or Simcorp systems is highly desirable
