On behalf of our healthcare client, Affinity Healthcare Solutions is looking for a CIS Project Administrator for the Clinical Information Systems (CIS) program. The primary focus of the role is to support multiple teams in planning, executing, and overseeing the successful completion of the project. They will support communication and coordination among team members, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring that project goals and objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate communication and coordination with project team members, stakeholders at various levels, including clinicians, IT teams, healthcare administrators, and regulatory bodies.
• Assists in performing tasks such as maintaining project documentation and system libraries.
• Support project status reporting and governance meeting planning for project Working Groups.
• Report status and progress of assigned activities to project management as required.
• Maintains and updates relevant project information in manual and/or electronic files. Project information might include such things as project activity schedule, status reports and correspondence.
• Other roles, tasks and duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of experience, or Post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or Information Technology, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience as a Project Administrator may be considered.
• Candidate must reside in New Brunswick.
• Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation, and presentation skills in English.
• Experience supporting any large-scale projects in an administrative role. Additional points will be given for experience with Healthcare or IT system-related projects in an administrative role (minimum 2 years).
• Demonstrated experience working with a high level of self-direction, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to confidently engage and collaborate with project team members, subject matter experts, and stakeholders at all levels (minimum 2 years).
• Demonstrated ability to act in an administrative role, multi-tasking, and supporting multiple teams or more than one project team/activity at a time (minimum 2 years).
• Strong proficiency in English and French (written and oral). If evaluated within the past 12 months, provide assessment score. Describe proficiency of bilingualism.
• Demonstrated strong understanding and experience in Microsoft Office 365 suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Teams) and Zoom in a work environment (minimum 3 years).
• Knowledge of the JIRA platform for issue and project task management (minimum 1 year).
• Previous experience working within regional health authorities, showcasing strong understanding of the local healthcare landscape, policies, and practices. Experience in other healthcare authorities or equivalent will also be considered.
