Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Architect to lead the enhancement and optimization of our clients Snowflake platform in order to collaborate, and unlock data insights—all within a secure and scalable AI Data Cloud, This role is critical in shaping our data architecture, governance, and integration strategies to support cross-functional business goals. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in data strategy, Snowflake architecture, Salesforce integration, and enterprise data governance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise IT architectures across cloud and on-premises environments.
- Lead the development and execution of the data strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities and compliance requirements.
- Architect and oversee Snowflake data warehousing solutions, optimizing for performance, cost, and scalability.
- Develop and enforce data governance policies to ensure data quality, security, and accessibility across the organization.
- Integrate Salesforce with internal and third-party platforms, supporting CRM data synchronization and customer insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, data analytics, and business units to gather requirements and define technology roadmaps.
- Participate in architecture governance, review boards, and steering committees to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions that enhance the organization's digital ecosystem.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, data engineers, and solution architects.
Qualifications
Required:
- 10 + years of experience in IT architecture or solution design roles.
- Proven experience with Snowflake, including data modeling, performance tuning, and integration.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform architecture and APIs.
- Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and tools (e.g., Collibra, Informatica, Alation).
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing enterprise data strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Snowpro certification is preferred
- Experience working within a Retail or Consumer product environment
