We are seeking an experienced Windows End-Point Deployment Analyst to support a large-scale enterprise desktop environment of over 1,500 endpoints. This role focuses on the design, standardization, deployment, and ongoing management of modern Windows-based desktop infrastructures within a high-availability operational environment. The position is based on-site in a central Canadian city and plays a key role in ensuring secure, stable, and efficient end-user computing.


Responsibilities

·      Design, build, and maintain standardized Windows desktop and laptop images.

·      Manage SCCM/MECM (including co-management with Intune) for OS and application deployment.

·      Perform application packaging using MSI and MSIX formats, and manage complex task sequences.

·      Administer patch deployment, including Microsoft "Patch Tuesday" rollouts.

·      Design and manage Group Policies in Active Directory for security and configuration enforcement.

·      Perform advanced troubleshooting of endpoint hardware, network, and software issues.

·      Utilize PowerShell for automation and reporting; write SQL queries for system reporting and compliance.

·      Ensure endpoint hardware (laptops, desktops, semi-rugged notebooks) is configured and functioning optimally.

·      Support Tier 2 escalations, including hardware and connectivity troubleshooting.


Qualifications

·      5+ years in desktop engineering or end-user computing within a 1,000+ endpoint enterprise.

·      Proficient with SCCM/MECM, Intune, and Windows 11 enterprise deployments.

·      Deep knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell scripting.

·      Experienced in MSI/MSIX application packaging and deployment methodologies.

·      Demonstrated capability in SQL reporting and configuration compliance analysis.

·      Comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs (e.g., desktop equipment).

·      Valid driver’s license (local travel may be required).

·      Must be available to work onsite full-time, Monday–Friday.


Pay range for this role ranges between $32-47/hr depending on fit and experience.
