We are seeking an SAP CS Business Systems Analyst to manage and optimize enterprise Customer Service processes. This role supports service orders, contracts, and customer equipment management within SAP CS to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.


Responsibilities:

·      Gather and assess business requirements for service orders, contracts, and customer equipment.

·      Conduct fit/gap analysis for SAP CS processes.

·      Design SAP CS solutions including data migration/conversion.

·      Create developer specifications and configure SAP CS modules.

·      Model AS-IS and TO-BE customer service processes.

·      Execute unit and integration tests for SAP CS functionalities.

·      Maintain documentation and provide coaching to junior CS analysts.

·      Collaborate with service operations, field technicians, and IT teams.

 

Qualifications:

·      10–12 years of SAP CS implementation and operational experience.

·      Working with clients to solicit and document service management, contract, and customer equipment requirements; designing SAP CS solutions; developing technical specifications for System Developers; completing SAP CS configuration; testing solutions; and rolling out changes to service teams.

·      Responsible for developing comprehensive test plans and conducting system testing related to service orders, contracts, and customer equipment management.

·      Act as Project Leader for moderately complex service system projects or participate in larger SAP CS initiatives.

·      Provide consulting advice and expertise to service operations teams on SAP CS functionality and best practices.

·      Provide system problem resolution and user assistance for SAP CS modules, including service orders, contracts, and equipment management.

·      Develop and execute queries and reports for customer service operations.

·      Research and stay current with SAP CS innovations and new functionality.

·      May direct or participate in the development and delivery of end-user training for customer service teams.

·      Utilize SAP tools and department-standard processes such as REMEDY, ServiceNow, Azure Boards, ACCESS databases, and configuration/documentation standards.

·      Provide guidance and mentoring to junior SAP CS staff.
