We are seeking an SAP PM Business Systems Analyst to support enterprise Plant Maintenance operations. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, and maintaining equipment and assets through SAP PM modules to ensure operational reliability.
Responsibilities:
· Solicit and assess maintenance and asset management business requirements.
· Conduct fit/gap analysis and design SAP PM solutions.
· Create data migration/conversion scripts and developer specifications.
· Model AS-IS and TO-BE plant maintenance processes.
· Configure SAP PM modules for maintenance planning, work orders, and asset tracking.
· Execute unit and integration tests to validate SAP PM functionality.
· Maintain documentation and provide knowledge transfer to junior PM analysts.
· Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and IT teams.
Qualifications:
· 10–12 years of SAP PM implementation and operational experience.
· Working with clients to solicit and document maintenance and asset management requirements; designing SAP PM solutions; developing technical specifications for System Developers; completing SAP PM configuration; testing solutions; and rolling out changes to maintenance teams.
· Responsible for developing comprehensive test plans and conducting system testing related to maintenance planning, work orders, notifications, and asset management.
· Act as Project Leader for moderately complex maintenance projects or participate in larger SAP PM initiatives.
· Provide consulting advice and expertise to maintenance and operations teams regarding SAP PM functionality.
· Provide system problem resolution and user assistance for SAP PM modules, including work orders, preventive maintenance, and equipment tracking.
· Develop and execute queries and reports for maintenance operations.
· Research and stay current with SAP PM innovations and new functionalities.
· May direct or participate in the development and delivery of end-user training for plant maintenance teams.
· Utilize SAP tools and department-standard processes such as REMEDY, ServiceNow, Azure Boards, ACCESS databases, and configuration/documentation standards.
· Provide guidance and mentoring to junior SAP PM staff.
