Responsibilities:
• Initial consultation with Senior Leadership from Digital Patient and Provider Experience, and Corporate Finance to determine stakeholders to be engaged as well as alignment of overall vision.
• Develop a responsibility assignment matrix with clear communication guidelines.
• Manage stakeholders’ expectations.
• Work with project resources to create a test plan, and define/verify/control scope and schedule.
• Define testing activities, estimation of resources and activity duration.
• Assist with testing specific scenarios/scripts.
• Report on performance, budget, schedule, meeting minutes, decisions, outcomes, risks and other requested reporting requirements.
o Provide regular project progress/status reporting to sponsors, steering committee, and project stakeholders/groups.
• Follow FH structured project management process including Project Charter, budget and status deliverables.
• Escalate issues/changes out of the Project Manager authority (e.g., scope changes) to sponsors/steering committee as required.
• Perform risk management, including but not exclusive to, risk planning, identification, risk analysis and risk responses.
Qualifications:
• Experience working in large health care organizations preferred
• Experience working at Fraser Health preferred
• Possess exceptional English language oral and written communication, facilitation and presentation skills
• Experience with testing critical systems
• Must be comfortable presenting to the executive level
• Possess a project management professional (PMP) designation or equivalent
• Experience working with multiple stakeholder (business, technical) groups
