Apply for Business Analyst - Salesforce

On behalf of our public sector client, Affinity is looking for Senior Business Analysts to be responsible for capturing requirements, designing solutions, and producing key BA deliverables, including user stories, traceability matrices, training materials, and other documentation to ensure project success.

Responsibilities:

• Capturing business/user requirements, assessing alternative solutions, development business models.
• Solution proposals and designs relating to functional and non-functional areas.
• User stories.
• Requirements Traceability Matrix.
• Training Material.
• Other relevant Business Analyst documentation, as required.
• Work in collaboration and support the project team.
• Work with both client and development team members to elicit requirements, write user stories, define goals, document requirements, and analyze business functions to become familiar with the business domain.
• Coordinate and facilitate workshops to elicit requirements that support the vision and needs of the business.
• Identify business workflows and determine stakeholder needs.
• Author test case specifications/criteria, requirements traceability documentation, and contribute to the compilation and execution of test plans.

Qualifications:

Mandatory Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken competence in English.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related discipline (or equivalent education/experience).
• 10+ years of demonstrated IM/IT experience.
• Minimum 5 years of business analysis experience in Agile projects.
• At least 5 years (within the last 7) as a Senior Business System Analyst, including requirements analysis, design, testing, and training.

• Experience in business analysis of social services or case/care management (1 year in last 5).
• Experience coordinating, facilitating, and conducting requirements-gathering sessions (5 years in last 7).
• Experience eliciting and documenting functional and non-functional business requirements (5 years in last 7).
• Experience analyzing functional requirements to identify information, procedures, and decision flows (5 years in last 7).
• Experience defining and documenting technical requirements for internal and external applications (5 years in last 7).
• Experience creating test cases, requirements traceability documentation, defining test data, and executing test cases (5 years in last 7).
• Current certification from a recognized professional business analysis association (IIBA, SAFe, Agile, etc.).
• Experience working with Jira, Confluence, DevOps, and Agile methodology (5 years in last 7).
• Ability to communicate effectively in French, verbally and in writing.
• Experience with Health and/or Social Services (1 year in last 5).
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and/or HealthCloud (2 years in last 5).
