We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the upgrade and modernization of a large, data-intensive enterprise application. The role focuses on analysis, documentation, and stakeholder validation to support a legacy system upgrade and transition to a modernized platform.

Key responsibilities

• Review existing system documentation, requirements, and test artifacts
• Analyze current-state business processes, data flows, and operational workflows
• Document functional and non-functional requirements for the upgraded system
• Define and document complex business rules and data processing logic
• Support development of an upgrade plan in collaboration with technical leads
• Develop test plans and test cases based on existing system artifacts
• Support stakeholder reviews, validation, and formal sign-off
• Contribute to system and operational documentation
• Support knowledge transfer to internal IT staff

Required experience

• 7+ years of Business Analysis experience
• Experience with large, data-centric enterprise systems
• Strong requirements and documentation skills
• Experience supporting legacy system upgrades or modernization initiatives
• Public-sector or regulated-environment experience is an asset
