On behalf of our Healthcare client, Affinity is seeking a Project Manager to lead and coordinate this multi-year regulatory implementation project as the primary Project Manager. You will drive pre-Day 1 readiness, legacy licensing, and transition to post-Day 1 steady-state operations.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Pre-Day 1 Readiness

o Oversee development of bylaws, policies, eligibility frameworks, scope of practice, restricted activities, titles, and delegation rules.

o Lead legacy and new application workflow design.

o Coordinate iMIS database integration, data architecture, legacy data collection/verification, and automation.

o Develop website content, communications strategy, webinars, and stakeholder engagement materials.

o Support professional corporations setup (for respiratory therapists).

2. Legacy Licensing Process

o Design and support application intake, credential verification (certifications, employment history), fee payment/registration workflows.

o Ensure public registry display of licensed professionals.

3. Post-Day 1 Operational Transition

o Plan ongoing application/renewal processes, annual licence renewal (ALRF), criminal records review (CRR).

o Support practice standards development and impact assessment on CPSBC operations, systems, and governance.

o Lead transition from project delivery to sustainable steady-state operations.

4. General Project Management

o Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder engagement.

o Ensure full alignment with HPOA, legislative, regulatory, policy, and technical requirements.

o Report progress to co-sponsors and internal teams.
