We’re hiring a Proposal Specialist to support our growth by creating high‑quality, winning proposals to RFPs, RFSQs, and SOWs. You’ll develop clear, compelling responses to RFPs and bid opportunities while working closely with sales, delivery, and subject matter experts. With a proposal response success rate of over 95% over the past 3 years, we have a well-defined RFP intake and response process, and a significant central repository of winning RFPs to reference.

What You’ll Do

• Develop customized RFP/RFSQ/SOW/RFR proposal responses
• Work closely with Account Management team to write executive summaries, solution descriptions, and pricing narratives
• Analyze RFP requirements and evaluation criteria
• Conduct client, industry, and market research
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather and validate inputs
• Ensure proposal compliance, quality, and on‑time submission
• Manage multiple proposals and deadlines simultaneously
• Identify and qualify new bid opportunities

What You Bring

• Proposal writing experience for digital/IT staff augmentation, professional services, or MSP providers
• IT background or ability to communicate technical concepts
• Experience responding to RFPs, RFIs, or formal bid processes
• Exceptional writing and editing skills
• Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Salary Range $70,000 - $80,000
