Apply for HxGN EAM Technical Analyst

On behalf of our public sector client, Affinity is seeking an HxGN EAM Technical Analyst to help support the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Reconfiguration Project Implementation (Phase 2). The goal of the project is to implement new HxGN EAM solutions based on the design completed in the previous phase (2024). The new solutions will address the pain points that the organization currently has with its HxGN EAM system.

Responsibilities:

The HxGN EAM Technical Analyst will work in collaboration with our internal IT EAM Team and will: 

• Configure the HxGN EAM software system. 

• Develop, test and implement technical solutions 

• Perform requirements analysis and provide configuration documentation. 

• Set up user accounts, permissions, and access levels. 

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. 

• Write SQL queries for KPIs, SSRS Reports, Database Triggers, and Stored Procedures. 

• Participate in Agile/Scrum and develop User Stories as part of the working team. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience. 

• 3-5 years of experience working with HxGN EAM software system. 

• Experience in upgrading HxGN EAM software system, including planning, execution, and testing. 

• At least 2 years of experience in creating SQL queries. 

• Familiarity with software development methodologies and project management principles. 

• Experience with Web Services (SOAP/REST) is an asset. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
