On behalf of our client, we are looking for a part-time D365 CRM Developer for a part-time remote contract. We are open to local candidates as well as candidates offshore or nearshore
Responsibilities:
- Hands-on development for new features, enhancements, and bug fixes within a D365 CRM environment
- Contribute to the development pipeline, including CI/CD processes and tools
- Partner with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Business Analysts to provide technical guidance and best practices
- Research and evaluate technical solutions, including prototypes and proof of concepts
- Design and implement customizations, integrations, and solutions within D365 CRM to meet business needs
- Promote reusability of components and adoption of standard platform capabilities
- Maintain up-to-date technical documentation (customizations, integrations, configurations)
- Participate in code reviews and help drive development best practices
- Work within an Agile environment, contributing to ceremonies and iterative delivery
- Collaborate with data teams on integration flows to and from D365
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of software development experience using .NET, C#, JavaScript, and SQL
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development
- Experience developing and supporting Power Pages (PowerApps Portals)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams
- Experience with D365 CRM modules such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service
- Experience integrating data using Power Platform and Dataverse
- Knowledge of Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power BI, PowerApps)
- Familiarity with D365 plugins, Logic Apps, and integrations
- Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Git, Jenkins)
- Experience working with Azure services
