We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Copilot Architect to lead the design and implementation of a Copilot agent solution within a modern workplace environment. This is an architect-level position responsible for driving requirements gathering, solution blueprinting, technical design, documentation, build activities, and testing.
The successful consultant will provide architectural leadership throughout the engagement, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and ensure the solution is delivered using best practices for Microsoft Copilot technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery and requirements-gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops to capture functional, technical, and operational requirements.
- Design and develop a comprehensive solution blueprint for a Microsoft Copilot agent.
- Build and configure Copilot agent capabilities aligned to business needs.
- Define architecture, integration points, security considerations, and deployment approaches.
- Create architectural and technical documentation, including solution designs, implementation plans, and supporting collateral.
- Develop and execute testing strategies for Copilot agent functionality and performance.
- Provide guidance and leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Support knowledge transfer and documentation handover activities.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Microsoft Copilot Architect or equivalent architect-level role.
- Hands-on expertise in Copilot agent design, configuration, creation, and testing.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, modern workplace solutions, and AI-enabled collaboration tools.
- Demonstrated ability to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Experience developing architectural documentation, including solution designs, blueprints, and implementation plans.
- Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale Microsoft Copilot implementations.
- Knowledge of governance, security, and compliance considerations for Copilot deployments.
- Familiarity with integration patterns across Microsoft 365 and related enterprise platforms.
- Experience working in consulting or client-facing delivery environments.
