We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead complex business process transformation initiatives within a dynamic, customer-facing digital environment. This role focuses on end-to-end process design, optimization, and stakeholder engagement across enterprise-scale programs, with a strong emphasis on digital content delivery and user experience.

The successful candidate will act as a strategic partner to business and technology teams, driving process improvements, leading discovery efforts, and enabling scalable, modern solutions through data-driven insights and industry best practices. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business analysis activities including planning, elicitation, documentation, and validation of requirements
• Conduct current-state assessments and gap analyses to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization
• Design and document future-state processes, workflows, and user journeys across digital and omnichannel environments
• Develop detailed process maps, business requirements documentation, and supporting analytical artifacts
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather requirements and drive alignment across teams
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including product, technology, and external vendors, to deliver solutions
• Identify and recommend workflow automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency
• Support Agile delivery processes including backlog refinement, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups
• Collaborate with Product Owners on roadmap development, backlog prioritization, and feature definition
• Support development teams by clarifying requirements, resolving dependencies, and ensuring alignment
• Track and communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership
• Apply best practices in business analysis, process improvement, and Agile delivery methodologies
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across teams and processes
• Support system analysis, requirement traceability, and solution validation activities
• Provide facilitation support in a hybrid Business Analyst/Scrum capacity as needed

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst in enterprise environments, with a focus on process design and optimization
• Proven experience leading large-scale business or IT transformation initiatives from planning through implementation
• Strong expertise in business process redesign, mapping, and continuous improvement in a lead capacity
• Experience working with digital content delivery platforms, content management systems, or media-related technologies
• Demonstrated experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery environments
• Advanced stakeholder management and facilitation skills across business and technical audiences
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach
• Experience supporting product teams with backlog management, prioritization, and roadmap planning
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements and documentation
• Experience working closely with development teams to support delivery and implementation
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Certifications such as CBAP, Six Sigma, Scrum Master, or Product Owner are considered assets
• Experience supporting customer-facing digital platforms and user experience initiatives is an asset
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities and stakeholders
