Apply for QA Analyst

On behalf of our enterprise client is seeking a skilled QA Analyst to join our team on an 18 month contract. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Quality Assurance, with a focus on Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM).

We are looking for a QA Analyst with a strong background in CIAM to contribute to the quality assurance processes of our software solutions. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, security, and functionality of our CIAM systems.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough testing of Customer Identity and Access Management functionalities.
• Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure CIAM system meets quality standards.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Identify, document, and track defects to resolution.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a QA Analyst with a focus on Customer Identity and Access Management.
• In-depth knowledge of CIAM principles, practices, and technologies.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
• Ability to create, execute, and maintain test cases and test plans.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
